My name is Jeff Savage, and I am happy to share the Cocktail footprint Calculator With you

My bartending career started much later in life than others. Initially, my plan was to work in Academia. After finishing two degrees and working with the University, I found I dearly missed working with my hands and being on my feet, where the action is. Hospitality wasn’t just something I fell into - I was active in seeking it out. With almost a decade behind the pine, I currently find myself heading the program at Botanist, in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada.

My love for nature and environmental stewardship is definitely deep seeded. Immersing myself in natural beauty is a part of my every day experience, and while I know that is not possible for everyone, I feel that it is my duty to do what I can to preserve what precious amount of wild we have for the generations that will proceed us. With a background in sustainability, I am happy to add my part to the hospitality community’s earnest attempt to preserve our planet.
